• Creating detailed technical recovery documentation for restoration of services from Immutable backups;
• Capturing current knowledge and process gaps;
• Meeting colleagues to discuss technology and authoring requirements;
• Define and create a knowledge/process repository structure;
• Producing technical illustrations to assist with user understanding of functionality and technical specifications;
• Writing the material clearly and concisely, making sure it can be easily understood;
• Editing, proofreading and indexing;
• Testing the written material with users.
