Project Overview:

Our customer is one of the largest retail chains in Ukraine, operating a network of supermarkets and hypermarkets nationwide. They offer various products, including groceries, household goods, electronics, and clothing.

The company has embarked on an ambitious IT project to migrate its software systems to the cloud. The company is aiming to modernize their technology infrastructure and improve operational efficiency by moving its software systems to the cloud. The migration project involves transferring their existing software systems to the cloud-based environment.

The project requires working the night shift.

Responsibilities:

To work as part of the Infrastructure team managing migration On-Premise VMWare-based infrastructure to AWS Cloud and VMware on AWS Cloud (SDDC,VCDR).
AWS: Components (EC2, EBS, FSX, S3) deploy, automate and troubleshoot performance, Accounts (roles, policies) deploy, automate and troubleshoot.
VMC (vm) migrate, deploy and troubleshoot - install, configure and troubleshoot Windows servers and clusters.
To develop and to maintain technical diagrams and documentation.

Requirements:

Experience of AWS Cloud services (compute, storage, security and monitoring).
Experience with automation, such as IaaC approach (Terraform).
Solid expertise with Windows servers Failover clusters.
Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SYSOP – Professional.

Nice to have:

Experience of VMware virtualization technologies and products (vsan, nsx-t, hcx, sddc, vcdr, loginsight).
Experience of configure and troubleshoot components servers on Windows platform.
Experience with Azure clouds.
Experience with build/architecture hybrid infrastructure.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
