Project Overview:

Our Customer is one of the world's largest manufacturers of LCD, OLEDs, and flexible displays.

We are working on the Cusomer's transformation from a Tier 2 to a Tier 1 supplier model. This project will cover all aspects of Software development compliant with the ASPICE, ISO26262, and ISO21343.

Intellias is looking for an experienced System Engineer who can bring his experience, intelligence, and inspiration to our team.

The System Engineer should have a highly developed analytical, communication skills, and consulting capabilities. Also, the ability to present and communicate complex technical solutions both to the client and team members. He or she should be able to identify technical risks, propose solutions, and effectively communicate them to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in System Engineering processes;
Define Process for System Engineering;
Support Customer in toolchain configuration according to defined process;
Mentor and Guide a team of System engineers responsible for different domains (MEE, HWE, SYS/SWE, SEC);
Stakeholder Requirements definition/analysis;
System Requirements definition/analysis;
Support System/Software architecture definition.

Requirements:

7+ years in Automotive Embedded Software Development;
4+ years of commercial experience in the Tier 1 companies in an appropriate role;
Experience in Embedded Systems under AUTOSAR Architecture;
Expert knowledge in SYS.1 - SYS.3 processes;
Experience in process definition and establishment;
Professional experience with requirements management systems;
Solid experience with ASPICE;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner;
Fluent English.
