As the Director of Corporate Marketing at Intellias, you will play a crucial role in enabling and coordinating marketing efforts across all key markets in which Intellias operates. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing corporate marketing strategy with a focus on content creation, digital marketing, PR & communication, and corporate branding. Collaborating closely with vertical marketing managers dedicated to specific industry verticals, you will enable the growth and success of Intellias' marketing initiatives worldwide.
- Develop and execute a robust corporate marketing strategy aligned with Intellias' overall business goals and objectives;
- Lead and manage an internal marketing agency, focused on corporate marketing, fostering collaboration, and empowering the organization to achieve outstanding results;
- Drive corporate branding initiatives to enhance Intellias' brand recognition and reputation in the market;
- Lead content center of excellence accountable for quality of the content across the company. Define guidelines, recommendations and serve as an ultimate expert for content quality and strategic fit;
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including corporate website development, SEO, SMM, and other relevant channels;
- Lead PR & communication function to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across various media channels and markets we work on;
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize marketing strategies;
- Lead the community of marketers inside the company, mentor and develop marketing professionals, serve as a trusted marketing advisor for company leadership team.
- Proven experience in a senior-level marketing role, ideally within the technology or software development industry;
- Strong background in content creation, digital marketing, PR & communication, and corporate branding;
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and deliver measurable results;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced marketing certifications are a plus.
