The client is one of the largest and most respected public health insurance providers in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the operating tasks of the current service provider.
- Development of concepts for future operation (service vs. SaaS vs. in-house service).
- Evaluation of concept alternatives (economic, strategic, feasibility).
- Participation in the preparation of tender documents for operating services (service specifications).
- Participation in the evaluation of applications to calls for tenders.
- Definition of skill profiles for own employee needs.
- Conception and practical support of a transition phase (transfer of business).
Requirements:
- Ability to speak and understand German.
Expertise in:
- ITIL V4.
- Ticket systems and processes.
- Provisioning systems.
- Service interfaces.
- Network administration: firewall, DNS, WINS, DHCP.
- Containers: Docker, OpenShift.
- Nagios.
- Elastic Search.
- Graphana.
- Automic (UC4).
Nice to have:
- Apache web server.
- Websphere application server.
- Administration of Linux and Unix operating systems.
- Administration of Windows.
Higher Education:
- Bachelor's Degree.
