Project Overview:

Our customer is fast grown FinTech startup in the loan management domain operating in the EU. We are at the beginning of the long-term journey to build a loan management system.

We are looking for an Application Engineer who will join the team to configure and customize Collection platform. You will be part of a geographically distributed team that works in the multinational European environment.

Responsibilities:

Elaborate on the requirements with business users and analysts;
Customize the Collection platform to meet the business needs;
Configure workflows incl. standard letters (debt collection B2B, debt collection B2C, payment plans, settlements, client invoicing, etc.);
Providing technical support to teams within the organisation;
Assisting with systems integrations;
Identifying and resolving technical issues, complex problem solving.

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in Aptic;
Experience in XML, HTML, xpath, SQL, SOAP;
Experience in configuring and customizing any Collection systems;
Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust focus and workflow based on changing deadlines and needs;
Upper-intermediate English level is a must.
